40 square meter (430 square feet) semi-detached house next to a tree-filled garden in Angers (Maine and Loire) available for weekly and monthly rental; equipped for 2 people; located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood close to the Hospital and the Universities.  Only 15 minutes by foot from Angers’ town centre and 10 minutes by foot from the historical district.

All on ground level, comprised of a living room / kitchenette (electric elements, microwave, refrigerator, eating area. The living room area has 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a television.  A separate bedroom with two twin beds can be modified into a double bed. Washroom and WC are separate.  Small, flowered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.  Baby cot and booster seat available.  Linen included for week rental only  Cleaning not included. Animals accepted.

Ideal location to discover Angers and its Region: the Medieval Castle and the famous tapestry of the Apocalypse, Terra Botanica (amusement park), vineyards, the Loire valley by car, on foot or by bike….
